Key Civil Technologies

Chemical Containment Systems.

Multi-functional, chemical resistant toppings, linings, coatings and polymer concretes formulated to resist aggressive chemical exposures in process areas, sumps, trenches and diked areas.

Precast trenches, sumps, curbs, etc. formulated from a broad spectrum of polymer chemistries for inherent chemical resistance.

Machinery Grouts.

Both epoxy and cementitious based grouts, formulated as flowable, low-exothermic materials for ease of pouring/placement.

Ideally suited for providing structurally sound foundations for critical rotating equipment.

Injection Grout: Hydro-Active Urethane & Epoxy.

Urethane based water cut-off grouts formulated to arrest the ingress/egress of water in concrete structures via low pressure injection.

Soil stabilization grouts engineered to enhance the load-bearing capacity of permeable soils.

Expansion Joint & Tank Chime Sealants.

Both polysulfide and fluoroelastomer (Viton®) sealants that, once cured, are able to withstand a broad range of chemical exposures.

Both non-sag and self-leveling formulations suited for application to both vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Hydraulic Cements & Concrete Restoration Mortars.

Fast-setting hydraulic cements that exhibit high-early strengths as soon as 1 hr. after placement.

Suited for time-sensitive projects whereby rapid hydration affords the ability to be primed and coated in as little as 4 to 5 hours after placement.

Hydraulic cement restoration mortars suited for repairs on horizontal, vertical and overhead surfaces.

Chemical Resistant Waterstop.

Engineered waterstop that provides a fluid-tight diaphragm when embedded in, and running through concrete joints.

Manufactured from a range of materials that include thermoplastic vulcanizate, thermoplastic elastic rubber, high-density polyethylene, etc.

Chemical resistant to a wide range of oils, solvents and aggressive chemicals.
